WHO am i

Hey, I’m Julien Ruiz, a French tattoo artist based in the Netherlands, where I’ve been crafting tattoos with love and dedication for 15 years. I specialize in Polynesian Samoan tattoos, pouring my heart into their cultural depth and storytelling. I’m deeply honored to be recognized as one of Europe’s leading artists in this style and to work alongside some of the world’s top talents. Beyond Polynesian designs, I’m passionate about geometric and dotwork tattoos. Sometimes weaving them into my Polynesian pieces for a unique twist or creating them as standalone works that reflect my versatility. I travel the world with my art, meeting incredible people and immersing myself in new cultures, which keeps me growing as an artist and a person. If you’re looking for a meaningful, one-of-a-kind tattoo, I’d love to create something special for you
